The James Swinnerton interview

There are others who keep up the remembrance of the great comic pioneerdays. Mike Lynch a magazine cartoonist posted a unique lost tape from a early collector Mr kagen with an interview with James Swinnerton who is supposed to be one of the four great comic pioneers together with Richard Outcault, Frederick Opper and  Rudolph Dirks according to the introduction of the tape. They easily have forgotten Winsor McCay but that was a one of a kind playing completely in his own league.
